Introduction to this blog

Welcome to the Larimer Chorale's Touring Choir blog!  It contains photos and stories from our June, 2015 trip to Poland and Germany which combined singers from both the Larimer Chorale and Voices West from Littleton.

This blog was originally meant to report on the trip, day-to-day, as it happened.  However, due to multiple technologic complications, it has been written mostly in restrospect.  That means we had more time to add lots of pictures and to recall our favorite moments!

Whether you want to take a look at photos, read stories or both, here's how to do it (just in case you are not familiar with how blogs work).

  • Look at the right-hand column of this page.  You'll see a "Blog archive" under which is a long list of postings for particular days or topics.  It's like a table of contents. Click on the post you want to read.
  • After you finish reading or looking at any entry, scroll back up to this archive
  • Look through the archive and click on a new entry for another day or topic.
  • Note: Occasionally several entries might run together on one click.  Just know that there are lots more postings in the Archive (table of contents).
  • Also note, the archive list is posted top down from the most recent entry to oldest.  We can't fix that.  So if you want to see the trip in chronological order, start at the bottom.

Thanks for reading!

*Look under "Blog Archive" for more entries.

  3. Like other European Territories, Poland's local weather attributes reasonably warm summers in addition to frosty winters. Compacted snow is actually popular via wintertime, yet also inside the tremendous mountain regions. Rain fall attributes during the entire calendar year, even though the rainfall is frequently available as simple showers rather than torrential downpours. Going from May well to September typically gives optimal weather conditions, along with Come July 1st in addition to July currently being the hottest (but busiest) a few months intended for take a trip.
